It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shanxi Zhong Wei ring energy group. The company is located at the foot of Lin mountain, Tunliu County on the river of Jiang River, using heat and power CO production heating mode, which is mainly responsible for the winter heating task of Tunliu County residents and enterprises and institutions in Changzhi city.

By the end of April 2017, the heating coverage of the company reached 2 million, and the coverage reached 85%. A network of 27.8km, two network 92.8km and 30 heat exchange stations were built, covering more than 10440 households and 106 units with a total investment of 130 million yuan.
